WHAT SERVICE DO YOU PROVIDE:
We are here to help you save, by clipping and shipping coupons directly to you. We DO NOT SELL COUPONS, you are paying for us to Collect, Sort, Clip and Ship the coupons.
HOW MANY COUPONS COME IN A SET:
All clipped coupons come in SETS OF 10. There is no limit on how many of each set you can purchase.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED:
There is NO minimum order requirement.
Due to coupons being time sensitive, we CAN NOT refund, return or exchange coupons. We are NOT responsible for USPS delivery delays, lost, stolen or damaged mail. We strive to provide the best and most accurate service every time we ship to you. If it is our mistake we will gladly address and resolve each situation.
IS THERE SHIPPING COSTS:
USPS First class mail - $0.80 FLAT FEE for all orders no matter the size of the order. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER:
USPS First Class Mail: 3-10 days (Please keep in mind there is No tracking available for this type of shipping and can sometimes take 7 or more days)
Priority Flat Rate Mail: 1-3 days (Includes Tracking and Insurance, if this shipping method is chosen, you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your package once your package has been shipped. This may take longer than estimated time frame, USPS does not guarantee delivery date, it's only an estimated delivery date.)
Priority Express Mail: 1-2 days (Includes Tracking and Insurance and the only form of shipping that USPS Guarantees an exact date of delivery, if this shipping method is chosen, you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your package once your package has been shipped)
DO YOU HAVE SHIPPING CUTOFFS TIMES:
We ship MONDAY through FRIDAY. Our daily cutoff time is 6 a.m. Pacific time. Orders received after 6 a.m. Pacific time will ship the following business day. This applies to any and all shipping methods. All orders are processed in the order at which they are received and within 24 - 48 business hours (Monday - Friday).
Please understand that there may be a time when we are unable to process your order the same business day or next business day even though you ordered prior to the daily cutoff times.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED:
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. It is very important that you provide a valid and accurate email address. Please allow for sufficient time to pass before contacting our office in regards to the status of your order. Please keep in mind that once we deliver your envelope/package to our local postal office, we can not guarantee how quickly your envelope/package will get processed by USPS and delivered to you
CAN A REQUEST BE MADE FOR ITEMS TO BE ADDED TO AN EXISTING ORDER:
Unfortunately we are unable to add items to an existing order, a new order will have to be placed for additional items wanted.
WHAT DOES 'EXP' MEAN:
This means EXPIRATION date. On each listing you will see EXP followed by a date. That date is the expiration date of that particular coupon.

We gladly accept PAYPAL, CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS.
